We had very courteous drivers up until today. Today's drivers even in these small community's and farm roads, were anxious, hurried and not courteous for the most parts. A couple of them really ticked me off and I'm glad that no one could hear my choice words for them. A word to the wise however, mid west drivers are welcoming and awesome!
Beautiful 68 mile ride, but it ended with some drama coming through town. Brockport is a cute little community. One, that I'd like to explore again. But, road construction was happening as we passed through. A nice business man gave us some detour information, but we were a little leary to go off course. So, we stayed on course, which took us through construction, pavement, gravel and traffic. At one intersection when we had a green light, a driver decided to pressure Pat to get in the gravel, which took her down. She gashed her calf pretty good. She got out of the traffic quickly but another driver smashed her water bottle which we were on our way to retrieve. We were happy to get to our lodging.

Should have I stopped to help with the hay.

The Erie Canal.
We are nearly to Brockport. Me, by the Erie Canal. I'm smiling because we have less than 10 miles remaining for the day.
