Today was a long 81 miles and it took me 8 hours and 7 minutes of pedaling. The wind and the rain and thunder proved to be a challenge, but I stayed with it. My favorite time today was when we had downpours of rain. During those times I felt so fully alive with rain dripping down my face.
I continually hear Chris's voice telling me to look up and look at the scenery... and so I do.
A beautiful Minnesota Farm with such deep brown dirt and green grasses.

Here comes the crew. The strong riders including the WOW's coming up the hill. They passed me, but we all made it in safely.
What a wonderful old church in Little Falls Minnesota.
Crossing the Mississippi River
See, I really did make it Little Falls, MN
Karen Cooper from California & I came in together. We biked the last 31 miles together. We saw rain, wind & thunder.....
Tomorrow, we are heading only 57 miles into Milaca Minnesota.
But that is only a slight reprieve as we bike 106 the next day.
